First time I stayed with my family at Evian and I don't intend to return. As soon as I checked in I was disappointed, because they didn't clean the apartment, some guest had checked out and they didn't organize and clean it beforehand. The beds were unmade, the bathroom was wet, towels and bed linen had not been changed. (I have photos) I made the complaint and after 1 hour they went to clean the apartment. Pools are all very shallow, only the indoor pool is a little better, at 1.30m. However, they are all heated, on a very hot day it becomes unbearable to enter a pool. There is no recreation, no entertainment. Breakfast is not worth it, money wasted, as there is no variety, and the few grocery stores that had them were out of order. Anyway, for a hotel that calls itself “5 stars” it needs to improve a lot. 👎
